Balance Movement Center provides the space and instruction for individuals of all ages and levels to evolve as dancers, performers, and healthy humans. We encourage uniqueness AND cohesiveness in a loving, uplifting environment.

At BMC we want to ensure each of our students has a long, healthy, active life. Therefore, we will be incorporating added stabilizing, flexibility, and restorative exercises in classes to help our students maintain optimal health, so we can all dance until we are 120 years old!!!
